New Era Diving Services provides professional underwater inspection, biofouling assessment, hull cleaning, and niche-area cleaning to support vessels preparing for Australia and New Zealand MPI biofouling management requirements.
Our operational approach includes pre-cleaning underwater inspection, marine growth assessment, controlled hull and niche-area cleaning, and post-cleaning verification, with particular attention to sea chests, gratings, bow thruster tunnels, bilge keels, rudders, stern areas, and other underwater appendages.
We use appropriate cleaning methods and equipment based on the vessel’s fouling condition and coating system, with the objective of effective marine growth removal while minimizing impact on the underwater coating.
Upon completion, we can provide pre- and post-cleaning underwater photographs and videographs, inspection findings, marine growth observations, and service documentation to support the vessel’s biofouling management records and operational requirements.
