By accessing or using MariBiz (maribiz.ai), submitting a form, registering an account, posting an RFQ, listing services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Communication Clause

By providing your contact details, including your phone number or WhatsApp number, you agree that MariBiz may send you transactional and promotional messages through WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, calls, and email. These communications may include customer support responses, RFQ or order updates, onboarding messages, marketplace alerts, account notifications, and relevant promotional information.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete contact details, business information, and enquiry details.
  • Use the website and WhatsApp channel only for lawful business, support, and marketplace purposes.
  • Not misuse, spam, harass, impersonate, submit false information, or send unlawful content through MariBiz channels.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and promptly update incorrect contact information.

Opt-Out & Grievance Redressal

You can opt out of WhatsApp or promotional communications at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to our WhatsApp messages, or by contacting us at info@maribiz.ai. To raise a complaint, report misuse, or request help with communication preferences, contact MariBiz through the contact page or email us with your name, phone number, and complaint details.

Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers

MariBiz may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including WhatsApp API providers, CRM tools, analytics providers, hosting providers, email services, SMS or calling partners, and listed marine service providers. Your use of those channels may also be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MariBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or external losses arising from third-party misuse, incorrect user-provided information, third-party service outages, delays, message delivery failures, or technical issues related to WhatsApp, Meta, telecom networks, email providers, hosting providers, or other external platforms.

Data Protection and Compliance

MariBiz handles customer information in line with our Privacy Policy, applicable local data protection laws, and Meta's data handling requirements for WhatsApp Business communications.

Updates to the Policy

MariBiz may update these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the website and, where appropriate, communicated through website notices, email, WhatsApp, or other official channels. Continued use of MariBiz after an update means you accept the revised terms.
